Appointments and Scheduling

With regard to scheduling and appointments, we value your time and pride ourselves on the efficiency of our office. We have convenient office ours, including evenings and Saturdays, that allow you to make appointments that fit easily into your schedule. We are also always available to answer questions or help our patients in an emergency situation. 24 Hr. emergency coverage is available to all of our patients. Our appointment reservations are very important. We do charge a $50 missed appointment fee, but we notify all patients well in advance of their appointments via email, text, and phone calls, so it’s virtually impossible to not be aware of you pending visit. To respect both of our time, we ask for 24 hour notice of any cancellations so we can schedule another patient if you cannot be there.
